Pick & Carry cranes are versatile machines of varying sizes and are used to pick up, transport and place loads of up to 90,000 kg in weight.

Power supply options on the Valla range include electric pick and carry cranes, diesel pick and carry cranes and LPG pick and carry cranes. Machines either feature non marking tyres, making them suitable for indoor use, whilst other models have tracks making them suitable for use over rough terrain.
With some of the smaller pick and carry cranes measuring less than a metre in width, Hirds can supply machines that fit through most doorways and can therefore be used to work in tight areas. Many of the larger Valla cranes are also ideal for indoor use as they offer fume free operation.
Some of the industries that pick and carry cranes are commonly used in include glass handling and glass installation, machine moving , construction, iron and steel and plant maintenance.
