We can provide you with vacuum lifters designed to lift many types of glass, from small sheets, to large, complex curved sheets now been used more and more on modern buildings.

Hird is now also the UK and Ireland distributor for the new ‘Eco’ range of electric glazing robots from Winlet – which provide excellent glass manipulation capabilities with clean-energy drive systems.

Vacuum lifters use suction cups to grip glass sheets while they are carried and positioned. We also supply hand suction cups, from Woods Powr-Grip and Bohle VERIBOR, with pump-activated grips, for manipulation of smaller glass sheets and precision positioning.
