Anyone who may be required to operate rough terrain telescopic forklift trucks. Course delegates may be new to the role or have little operating experience.

Those who have been operating rough terrain telescopic forklift trucks over the last 12 months or more, on a regular basis, without recognised certification.

Existing certificated holders of one or more types of forklift truck, who are required to operate rough terrain telescopic forklift trucks.

Those that have previously attended and passed formal operator training on a rough terrain telescopic forklift truck.
