RTITB Pallet Truck (Low Level) - Pedestrian Operated

RTITB Training Course

On successful completion of this course delegates will receive a RTITB eCard that will be compatible with Apple and Android smart phones.

This RTITB eCard will appear in phone digital wallets (Apple Wallet and Google Pay) and has replaced physical certification. A PDF copy of the certification shall automatically be sent to both the course delegate and the customer once the course delegate has been registered with the awarding body.

Four course types available: Novice, Experienced, Conversion or Refresher

RTITB certification has a validity of 3 years, after which refresher training shall be required to renew the forklift truck category.

Aimed At

Anyone who may be required to operate pallet trucks (low level) – pedestrian operated. Course delegates may be new to the role or have little operating experience.

Those who have been operating pallet trucks (low level) – pedestrian operated over the last 12 months or more, on a regular basis, without recognised certification.

Existing certificated holders of one or more types of forklift truck, who are required to operate pallet trucks (low level) – pedestrian operated.

Those that have previously attended and passed formal operator training on a pallet truck (low level) – pedestrian operated.

Entry Requirements

  • Good hand/eye co-ordination.

  • Been operating pallet trucks (low level) – pedestrian operated over the last 12 months or more, on a regular basis.
