Anyone who may be required to operate multi-directional lift trucks. Course delegates may be new to the role or have little operating experience.

Those who have been operating multi-directional lift trucks over the last 12 months or more, on a regular basis, without recognised certification.*

Existing certificated holders of one or more types of forklift truck, who are required to operate multi-directional lift trucks.

Those that have previously attended and passed formal operator training on a multi-directional lift truck.*
