Product of the Month – Winlet ErgoMover
Getting materials to a worksite is one thing – getting them across the worksite to where they are needed is quite another.
That is where our Product of the Month for February comes in. The Winlet ErgoMover is a new concept in materials handling for construction sites or storage areas.
The electric-powered trolley can be used to move materials weighing up to 1,500kg across uneven terrain, with minimal manual handling.
With the Winlet ErgoMover, whole stacks of plasterboard can be transported quickly and safely to where they are needed.
Likewise, the materials trolley can be used to move stacks of bricks, bags of sand, ballast, or concrete, or pipes, tiles, ducting, and electrical equipment.
With the Winlet ErgoMover, there is much less risk that operatives will take chances that could result in injury or damage to valuable materials or to surrounding structures.
ErgoMover – three levels of material moving support
ErgoMover – Basic
This is a powerful and robust materials trolley that can be used to move materials over rough ground, thanks to its all-terrain electric motor and four-wheel steering.
ErgoMover – Standard
This model comes with all the benefits of the basic ErgoMover 1500 with the addition of hydraulic lifting. This allows a load to be lifted from 600mm to 750mm to assist in placing a load on stacking systems, such as dry wall trestles. The standard ErgoMover can also be fitted with a rotating top to position the load precisely for lifting.
ErgoMover – Manipulator
With this model, hydraulic lift is combined with 90-degree hydraulic tilt. This allows materials such as plasterboard to lifting to the vertical, to reduce manual handling and support productive installation. Like the standard ErgoMover, the materials trolley can also be fitted with a rotating top.
Winlet ErgoMover – what all models deliver
- Compact design – at just 700mm wide, the ErgoMover can be taken through a single door
