Valla Cranes releases new model – 120EVO
Leading pick and carry crane manufacturer, Valla Spa, has released a new model – the Valla 120EVO – the latest in a long history of cranes to be released by the company.
The Valla 120EVO has been designed and built as part of the company’s commitment to renewing and updating the existing models Valla has to offer. The 120EVO is more compact than the previous 12ton models with an overall width of 1950mm against the previous unit being 2100mm. Its length has reduced to 4060mm with a total height of 1990mm making it an excellent mini crane with 12,000kgs capacity.
Valla has taken the chance to upgrade this model significantly with the main boom now resting in a position that a fixed hook is almost touching the ground. They also offer an internally located winch option, where as before this would be fixed externally onto the boom. The 120EVO uses a hydraulic and sequential boom with almost 14 metres reach and 1700kg, is front wheel drive and has a internal rear steering angle of 85 degrees eliminating the movement of the counterweight when steering and reducing the area required behind the crane when operating in a confined area.
Antonio Valla commented
“We are very proud of the new crane we have produced. Valla cranes are extremely well made with a high specification of structure and components – they are built to last, our newest model will be no different”
