On successful completion of this course delegates will receive a RTITB eCard that will be compatible with Apple and Android smart phones.
This RTITB eCard will appear in phone digital wallets (Apple Wallet and Google Pay) and has replaced physical certification. A PDF copy of the certification shall automatically be sent to both the course delegate and the customer once the course delegate has been registered with the awarding body.
RTITB certification has a validity of 3 years, after which refresher training shall be required to renew this category.
