Hird team makes festive fashion statement with Christmas jumper day

Santa would be proud – Hird people do not just celebrate Christmas, they wear it.

Staff at Hird’s HQ in Hull, East Yorkshire, held a Christmas jumper day and everyone voted for who had the best Santa sweatshirt or winter wonderland woolly.

The winner, by a short thread, was Crane Technical Advisor Mick Bradshaw, who swapped his dayglow PPE for a very impressive pully displaying a jolly snowman.

 

Hird Managing Director Phil Hird, himself wearing a Santa jumper – presented Mick with a 32” LED Smart TV for winning the competition.

Colleagues joined in the fun, proudly showing off their jumpers depicting elves, reindeer, Christmas trees – even Christmas puddings.

Surely next year there will be some Christmas cranes?
